Food Aggregator Configuration
The Food Aggregator Configuration module is used to set up and manage external food delivery platforms in SellerBix.
Steps

Log in to SellerBix POS.

Navigate to Home → Setup → Global Settings → Food Aggregators.

The Food Aggregators page displays all existing delivery entities, such as Talabat, Keeta, Snoonu, and Eat Easy.

Click + Food Aggregator to create a new Food Aggregator.

Enter the required Entity Name.

Select the appropriate Delivery Partner.

Enable Require Reference Number if the aggregator order reference number must be entered while placing an order.

Enable Require Customer Details if customer information is required for the aggregator order.

Click Submit to save the configuration.

The newly configured Food Aggregator will be added to the Food Aggregators list.

To modify an existing configuration, click the Edit icon under Actions, make the required changes, and save them.

After configuration, verify that the Food Aggregator is available under Food Aggregators / Others on the POS screen.

Frequently asked questions
Once the order is placed, it can follow the configured kitchen workflow, such as KOT or Kitchen Display.
Open Order List and locate the order to verify its details and status.
