Tips

The Tips feature in SellerBix POS allows staff to record the customer's remaining balance as a tip instead of returning it to the customer.

Steps

Create the customer order in POS.

Add the required items and complete the order.

Click Direct Bill.

Click Pay.

Enter the amount received from the customer.

Select the Payment method

If the received amount is greater than the payable amount, the Balance (QAR) popup is displayed.

Verify the balance amount.

Click Received as Tip.

Select how the tip was received: Received as Cash Received as Card

Confirm the transaction.

Verify that the tip amount is recorded against the order.

Complete the payment and print the receipt if required.

Verify the order total, amount received, balance amount, and whether the tip was received as Cash or Card.
