Food Aggregator Orders
The Food Aggregator Orders feature in SellerBix POS is used to manage orders received through external food delivery platforms such as Talabat, Keeta, Snoonu, and Eat Easy.
Steps

Open the POS screen.

Under Food Aggregators / Others, select the required food aggregator, such as Keeta, Talabat, or Snoonu.

Enter the Reference Number if they are required for the selected aggregator.

Select the required menu items and add them to the order.

Add Order Notes, Discount, Surcharge, or Returned Items if required.

Click Save KOT to confirm the order and send it for kitchen preparation.

Enter the customer details in the popup.

The order is saved as an order for the selected Food Aggregator.

Navigate to Order List to view and track the placed aggregator order.

Continue with the required order and payment process according to the restaurant's workflow.

Frequently asked questions
Go to Home → Setup → Global Settings → Food Aggregators → + Food Aggregator, enter the entity name, select the delivery partner, configure the required options, and click Submit.
