Loyalty Discount
The Loyalty Discount is used to provide eligible benefits to customers participating in the restaurant's configured loyalty program.The available benefit depends on the customer's eligibility and loyalty configuration.
Steps

Create the order in POS.

Add the required items.

Open Discounts.

Select the Loyalty tab.

Choose one of the available customer identification methods: Contact Number QR Code

If using Contact Number, enter the customer’s registered mobile number.

Click Check.

Review the available sections such as Tiers, Points, Coupons, and Punch Cards.

Select the eligible loyalty benefit/discount. You can also use View Eligible Items to check which items qualify.

Verify the discount percentage/value and discount amount displayed.

Click OK to apply the loyalty discount to the order.

Verify that the discount is reflected in the order total, then continue with payment.
